    RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
    If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy. The following terms are applicable for any product that you purchased with us.

    Interpretations: the words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. ComYou mean the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or the legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable. If any product is refunded or exchanged there will be a charge on shipping fee of $20 depending on your location. Products that are brought from curbside pickup can be returned in person. All items are eligible for return and would be processed if all conditions are met. You are required to ship back the items through Canada post or any courier service preferable to you. Note that items must be in good condition for a return to be initiated.
    EXCHANGE POLICY
    Products can be exchanged for a different variation, provided such provided is available. Customers are allowed to exchange items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed. To be eligible for exchanges make sure that these following conditions are met: Products must be returned in their original packaging. Products weren’t used or damaged. Products must include original tags (if applicable). Products must have a receipt or proof of purchase. You are not required to ship back a product if it was a curbside pickup, a drop off in person will do.Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed. You are given the right to exchange the item, once provided that all conditions in exchange policy are met.Unfortunately, products that were marked sets when purchased are not allowed to be returned or exchanged. Products on sale cannot be exchanged. Products bought with discount code cannot be exchanged.

    SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

    What are my shipping and delivery options?
    Curbside pickup: Curbside pickup is available for all products. Pickups are available 9am-4pm EST. We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products. Free shipping: We offer free same city shipping for over $100 for customers within the Greater Toronto Area. We offer standard and expedite shipping options. If you select an expedite shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
    Do you deliver internationally?
    We offer shipping to the UK and US.  Free same city shipping is not valid on international orders.
    DO YOU SELL IN AFRICA?
    Yes, we do. Our customers can place order via our website and products would be shipped between 1-3 business days. If such cases apply you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and you will be responsible for any additional cost or taxes.
